Many standalone products use branded Cognizin citicoline and provide either 250 mg or 500 mg per capsule. TrueServing uses a 500 mg daily reference dose because it is common on labels and has been used in human memory research, while 250 mg also appears in attention studies. Citicoline is not the same product category as Alpha-GPC, choline bitartrate, or phosphatidylcholine, so those should not be compared on the same table.
