Saw Palmetto, ranked by real cost

Read the Supplement Facts panel for the actual saw palmetto line, not just the front-label milligram claim. Labels reviewed for this update included plain powder, whole-herb capsules, 45% fatty-acid extract language, and products advertising a large herb-equivalent number while the actual blend amount was smaller.

Monthly cost moves with form, serving count, and whether the product is a plain saw palmetto powder/capsule or a liquid, gummy, softgel, or prostate-support blend. The cheapest rows can be basic powders, while convenience formats and low-serving bottles can move much higher.

A front label that says 3,600 mg equivalent is not the same as 3,600 mg of standardized extract. Check whether the product lists whole herb, extract, an extract ratio, fatty-acid standardization, or a proprietary blend before treating two saw palmetto products as equivalent.
